Customer Satisfaction

• Customer satisfaction is guaranteed, we will replace or refund any defective product within 20 days of purchase.
• Returns will be accepted provided all original tags are in place and the item has not been washed. Mailing costs apply.
• There is a "no refund" policy on Discounted Items.
  

Sizes

• Measurements have been provided as estimates only. As all product sizes are provided we encourage customers to consider the size before purchasing. Refer to the Care and Ware section of our website.
• Carefully look at the photos provided as they give a good indication of the fit of the clothes. Sizes have been identified as Tailored Fit, Normal Fit and Loose Fit.
• If you like to wear clothes that are a looser fit, if you purchase tops that are described as "tailored fit", please consider going up one or sometimes two sizes than what you would normally buy, eg: if you normally wear medium consider the measurements provided and you may need a large or extra large.
  

Payments

• Prices are in Australian dollars and include all shipping and handling costs. Prices do not include GST and will be calcuated before final payment.
• Payment is accepted by secure online credit card transaction through Pay Pal.
  

Delivery

• Delivery is via Australia Post.
• Orders are processed and sent out within 2 days.
• Deliveries via Australia Post Air may take up to 7 working days. Natural Fashion does not accept responsibility for delivery times.
  

Privacy

• If you register on our website, Natural Fashion collects your information only for use by Natural Fashion.
• You may be contacted by email to notify you of special offers or other information regarding Natural Fashion. If required Natural Fashion may contact you by phone regarding an order that you have placed.
• Your details will not be passed on to or sold to a third party.
• You are able to change or remove your details at any time by logging into the site using your username and password.
